Amazing Place| Hattiban, Pharping | Way to Champadevi Temple

Hearing Hattiban for people in Lalitpur would be a common and not so interesting place to go to for. But When I say Hattiban I meant Hattiban at Pharping which is an awesome place to be for Picnics, Hiking and to be on a day out with friends too.

Hattiban is a Hill with Timber forests most. One can reach up to a KM further from Hattiban Resort in Four wheels or Two Wheels. There even are Cycling Tracks for Cycling Junkies. Roads are paved with stones upto Hattiban resort and after that is just soil that gets slippery during rain.

As roads are paved by stones, They sure are bumpy. But the fact that the roads are covered by the Timber forests supported by sound and cool environment will make one impressed by the nature. Further a top when you reach the Hattiban Resort area the forest makes one wanna run around the woods like a child.

The Cool chilling beauty of the green mother nature can be enjoyed here all over the year. Many picnic Spots and a huge Place to play around. Surf further and you can find these beautiful signs of presence of Buddhists. Are a bit messy but I Find them Beautiful.


 
 


Surf beyond the highlighting Buddhist decorations and on to the ChampaDevi Temple, you can come across this wonderful road from where one can see the Kathmandu valley as a whole stretching from Lele in the South-East to White Gumba in the North-West.












The place doesn't Stop to thrill you here with the views. On the South-West and West side of the Hill Lies the Beautiful Views of Series of Hills and forests and some Habitats there can also be seen. 




On Reaching the Top of the Hill, The Stone Paved Hiking Road to ChampaDevi Starts.

Follow the Trail and you will find your self on the intersection of another Hiking route which starts from just 200 meter ahead from taudaha. And the view surrounding is just astounding.

Hiking to Champadevi

So we start our journey where we left of or rather continue our journey towards the great Champadevi Temple. We Continue from the junction where the hiking route from few 100 meters ahead of Taudaha and the hiking route from Hattiban or Hattiban Resort meets.  Read the Article about Hattiban and way to champadevi from Hattiban, Pharping here. This board indicates the junction. That being said the junction itself is a very cool place. From here you can have a nice green views of hills to the left and about half of the kathmandu through the route full of plants and trees which is one would have never experienced. to the front and back of you is the route to Champadevi and route to Hattiban.
